Products from LemonadeTree Store can not be paid with cash or money orders and can not be made in person at a retail store location. All purchases must be made online and payments for online orders must be made with either Mastercard or Visa. Your order will be confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you, both by e-mail. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us via e-mail at care@LemonadeTree.com or by telephone so that we may be of assistance. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Sometimes we leave for lunch so please leave a message with your name and phone number.
LemonadeTree Store will not use your information for anything other than to contact you if you need help of have any questions. Periodically, we may use your information to update you on our web site or products but we will not sell, market or make public your information. Our store site is certified SSL (basically, we’ve used a secured site).
Orders will be shipped 5 to 7 days, or sooner, depending on availability. Your purchases will be sent FedEx Ground. Most orders will arrive a few days after that. The $5.00 shipping charge is for the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii and NOT INTERNATIONALLY.
